If you would like to return a faulty, damaged, unwanted, or incorrect product, just follow the instructions below.

Cancel Or Modify Your Order?

You can cancel or modify your purchase order by logging into your account or contacting us at 16622.

Don’t want it? Send it back.

If you decide that you do not want the product, you can cancel your order or return it within 14 days with no issues. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it, with its original packaging and seal intact, and must not be opened, used, installed, damaged, or altered in any way.

To initiate a return, contact us via phone at 16622 or email at [email protected]. Please provide us with your order reference number and let us know a convenient date and address for our courier to collect the item(s).

We will provide you with a returns reference number which you will need to include while returning the item(s).

You can initiate a return process at our stores by calling 16622.

What Happens If I Don’t Have All The Packaging Or Something?

If the product returned is not in fully re-saleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

Something Isn’t Right With My Order

Faulty Items

We understand that things can go wrong. If you have received a faulty product, you can return it for a replacement.

If you believe your item is faulty, please get in touch with us or call 16622. The manufacturer's product guarantee terms and conditions will apply, but your statutory rights won't be affected.

When processing a return, please kindly take into consideration the following points:

  • If you receive a damaged item in a cookware set, return the entire set.
  • If you have made a purchase of a bundle, kindly return the complete bundle in case of a return request.
  • If you made a purchase of promotional items and decide to return any item from that purchase, the entire promotion will be returned.
  • For cash on delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer. Please update your bank information in your profile and call 16622 to request a refund.
  • For bank installment, ValU, and premium orders, the entire order must be returned; partial returns are not accepted.
  • Each shopper is allowed to make only one return request.
